- Contest begins: 11:00 EST / 12:00 AST / 12:30 NT

Billing and Fees
- $TBA registration fee for the early registration deadline, which would be at the time of the cut-off for the T-shirt order deadline.

- We will invoice the coach using the email address in the ICPC system. If you would like us to use another email, please contact ib@cs.rit.edu, with subject line “ICPC NENA Invoice Email”.
