Important Dates

• Contest Date: Sunday, November 9, 2025
• Registration is now open! 
• Registration ends on Sunday, November 2, 2025

Contest Schedule

• Opening ceremony: 10:00 EST / 11:00 AST / 11:30 NT
• Contest begins: 11:00 EST / 12:00 AST / 12:30 NT
• Contest ends: 4:00 EST / 5:00 AST / 5:30 NT

Billing and Fees

• $150 registration fee for the early registration deadline, which would be at the time of the cut-off for the T-shirt order deadline.
• $200 for the late registration fee, until November 3.

Payment

• We will invoice the coach using the email address in the ICPC system. If you would like us to use another email, please contact ib@cs.rit.edu, with subject line “ICPC NENA Invoice Email”.
